Return & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept exchanges or store credit for unworn and unwashed items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must have all original tags and liners attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

  • Sale items are final sale (no exchanges or credit)

Refunds are not issued, unless the mistake is on our end.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow 14 business days for return processing after we receive your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Emonye Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.
